Guangzhou, China – May 5, 2025 – The 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) wrapped up successfully in Guangzhou on Wednesday. As a dedicated manufacturer of beverage filling production lines, our company took part in the machinery exhibition zone during Phase I of the fair (April 15-19), where we showcased our core product lineup to global buyers and engaged in in-depth interactions with visitors from across the world.

To cater to the diverse demands of the global market, we focused on presenting three key types of beverage filling production lines at the exhibition:

First is the fully automatic integrated beverage filling line. This all-in-one solution combines bottle washing, filling, capping, labeling and coding functions, making it ideal for non-carbonated beverages such as mineral water, fruit juice and tea drinks. Boasting high filling precision (with an error margin of less than 1mm) and stable operation, it offers a production capacity ranging from 1,000 to 40,000 bottles per hour and can flexibly accommodate various bottle sizes and shapes.

Second is the specialized carbonated beverage filling line. Specifically engineered for soda, sparkling water and other carbonated drinks, this line adopts pressure-controlled isobaric filling technology, which effectively preserves carbonation and prevents foam overflow. It complies with stringent international food hygiene standards and is equipped with an automatic CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning system, ensuring both convenient maintenance and reliable product safety.

Third is the modular small-scale filling line. Tailored for small and medium-sized beverage enterprises, this line features a compact design and flexible configuration. It supports tool-free quick changeover between different product types within 15 minutes, helping small businesses lower initial investment costs and enhance production efficiency for small-batch, multi-variety production scenarios.
